Content Marketing is the process of building a relationship with prospective customers by supplying them with timely, useful information that helps them with their problems. These pieces work best when updated or distributed on a frequent basis. Good content draws prospects to your web site or place of business and keeps you in touch with them. As with Custom Publications (see below), good content develops your reputation as an expert in your field and helps create a sense of trust with your prospects and customers.|

But custom publications are usually one-off pieces that are substantially larger than content pieces and are designed to make a big impression. Custom publications also include manuals and training materials used within an organization.|
